All sales are FINAL. Once you submit your order, it cannot be cancelled. Refunds will not be issued due to the customer no longer wanting the item. Our items are made to order and begin processing once an order is placed. Custom made items are made to order and are nonrefundable.

Return/Exchange Policy

All sales are FINAL. Custom made items are made to order and are nonrefundable. On all custom orders a proof will be provided for your approval, once that approval is received, changes will not be made due to orders being processed after approval.

Defective items will be given consideration on a case-by-case basis.
